Description:
We are using cdf-command-and-control and provisioning services to issue a bulk OTA for our device fleet. As part of the setup, we are missing the default template in our cdf deployment s3 bucket as mentioned in the readme. I did a deep dive at the logs and found the issue that predefined template was missing in our bucket. Because of that, we cannot issue OTA via IOT jobs for our devices. If you can post or guide me on how to create that template, that would be great

Current behavior:
default template JSON is missing

Expected behavior:
Guide or default template should be present in the repo

Steps to reproduce:
Followed the steps as per the readme
