Apple seems to have enforced new automatic checks on the 1st of May. As a result, apps using libPayPalEC.a are rejected due to the uniqueIdentifier usage.

Since the MEC and MPL libraries are in the process of being deprecated, I suggest you simply omit the DRT parameter, as it seems irrelevant now.
The whole express checkout flow will work just as fine without the library.
