Re-word full-time hire #2

From @reeddunkle:

We use the term "full-time hire" to distinguish from an "apprentice", 
but this is misleading. The distinction isn't about part-time vs. full-time.

We aren't sure what the right word should be.

Ideas:
 - Full-hire
