Relay Pinout: pins 3 and 4 need to be switched and their traces rerouted.

May use a capacitor in circuit in place of R10 to reduce noise

Changing U1 and U2 from Texas Instruments TLOCDR OPAMP to Texas Instruments TLC272C OPAMP

UVLO Input change
Need to connect the relay common net to the input to the UVLO op amp (now switched to the inverting input, see other comment), instead of BATT_POS_PROT. The op-amp needs to read the battery voltage before the relay, not after.

Possible Change-Move TH1
Could move TH1 down on the board to be closer to the hole in the battery holder that it will go through.
