InputRichText的值现在默认是渲染后的html, 能否直接选项配置值为md源码 #11178

如题, 使用 InputRichText, 用的默认的 tinymce,

感觉这个组件问题挺多的, 暗黑模式下还是白色, 使用 tinymce 的option配置css需要自行适配,
不知后续版本是否可以直接将css包含到third文件夹下?

提交时发现提交的内容直接是渲染后的html, 暂时没找到配置怎么直接用md源码提交
