Check for I/O errors in the kernel dmesg at the end of the test suite. This allows us to ensure that our rig hardware does not have I/O errors.

To simulate a I/O error the following links are useful ->

Fault injection isn't enabled in our builds so simulating this, is hard - Pausing for now
