Add a QR Code Scanner component.

We use QR scanning in many places, so I would like to allow user input by scanning the QR code.

In the Input component, please include this as a new component.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried embedding a site that has a QR scanner, but I can't get camera permission. Therefore, I need it as a component.
If it's not possible, then please try to include an option to obtain camera and location permission in the Embed component.
