Support MOMSKOD #10

MOMSKOD is not part of the official SIE standard, but enough software vendors use it to be considered part of the de facto SIE standard.

It is thus useful to be able to parse and render SIE files with this information.

What is your take on the matter?

Great :) I am a PHP developer so I will add support for MOMSKOD to https://github.com/neam/php-sie and you or any other ruby developer may port the changes at your convenience.

@motin Thank you! I'll leave this open and maybe someone on our team will feel like doing this on our "lab days". If not, anyone else who wants this is free to make a PR :)
