create one repository per namespace, with collections, fields, types, and sets specific to that namepsace. hugo-admin will retain only hugo config and content fields and collections.
admin will contain admin-pages collection and exampleSite content, and scms-admin will contain scms parts to create what's possible with sveltia-cms.
