What is the use case behind "separate_turn_on_commands"?
The description is rather vague, saying this is "required for some lights."

Is there an example for these lights?
I know that Ikea Tradfri bulbs have an issue with setting color (and therefore the color will be ignored in scenes)
Is this for Tradfri bulbs or is this for a different use case?

Would be great if this was elaborated, so that users can make an educated decision if this setting should be enabled or not.
