Describe the bug
Screen tearing on External display when only using extending mode with internal display.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run sudo envycontrol -s nvidia --force-comp --coolbits
See error
Expected behavior
When applying sudo envycontrol -s nvidia --force-comp --coolbits 24 using internal and external at the same time the external display is tearing, however if I disable the internal display and only using external the tearing on the external display is gone.
Is this bug or not but it happens on Ubuntu 23.04 as well I have tried before installing on Fedora 38.
