Order of personal file loading

Since files in personal folder are loaded in lexicographic order, custom.el may end up somewhere in the middle. Renaming it to (e.g.) 00-custom.el would break existing setups, but the ordering issue should probably be mentioned in https://github.com/bbatsov/prelude/#personalizing.

I'll have a look at this. I recall at some point we had special handling for custom.el and it was loaded after everything else, so it would take precedence over settings specified elsewhere.
