[FEATURE] Support for time filters and sorting by update time

Time filters in Google allow people to only see results that have been created or updated in the period of time requested, and sorting by update time doesn't need more explanation

Additional context
For example, if I want to know what the reaction to certain news about Terraform are, I go to google, type Terraform, then click Tools and set the time filter to 24 hours, that way I do not have to fish through important but irrelevant entries.
Whoogle could even one up G and allow one to set them as preferences. In my case, I almost always want the results sorted by time and only the last 24 hours, but would love the ability to switch easier than "Tools/24 Hours".
