I am currently developing an experimental ratio and a financial value parser. Maybe it would make sense to figure out a way to define package dependencies on plugin-level or something similar.
Apart from that, ratios for and links for example really are language-independent. Implementing an option to define that instead of just setting it to unknown might make sense.
