Divergence from .agd count values

As I noted in #11, I have a few files where there are large differences in count values from agcounts versus .agd output from ActiLife. This doesn't appear to be related to the changes in that PR, though, as I get the same results with the current package version as well.

It sounded like @clevengerkimberly has had some similar issues that only popped up in later versions of the package. So a first step in diagnosis may be to figure out what's changed from version to version. I don't have bandwidth to look into that right now, but thought I would start the conversation.
