Broken anchor links to bids examples. #1544

Seems that the links to the examples are "broken" : the page still exists but the anchor does not.

Example.

What we link to
https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-examples#pet-datasets

What the anchor really is
https://github.com/bids-standard/bids-examples#pet

It may actually be good to also link to our new bids example website rather than the repo.
