Delta mode not working when mixing .gbx types

The delta mode of the CLI application only works for me if both .gbx files are the same type (e.g.: .Replay.Gbx + .Replay.Gbx or Ghost.Gbx + Ghost.Gbx). When trying to mix (e.g.: Ghost.Gbx + Replay.Gbx) both files will be processed individually, even when using the DeltaMode.bat file.
