btcrate.com, the source used in this app for Bitcoin rates, has been non-functional for many months and the developer doesnt seem to be planning on fixing it any time soon.

Alternate options include BTC-E API and Mt. Gox API

coinmarketcap.com is perfect source for cryptocurrencies.
