Looking for a firmware update as when using the octoprint for windows it wont let me use the bed visualiser and the firmware checker says to update firmware

The SKR E3 Turbo has been supported in upstream Marlin since 2020 and we also have a ready-to-go config for the Creality Ender-3 with this board.
