Describe the bug
In #218 3 different workflows for docker image build and clenup were introduced. However, due to the lack of the required secret information, they were disabled. However, they should work.

Expected behavior
Add required secrets to the repository.

Additional context
Since the docker image build requires a lot of time (around 1 hour), consider disabling it on pull requests.
