More advanced report filters

Add more advanced filter option to reports. This may allow reports only for annotations created by certain users, using certain labels, etc.

Possible filter options:

• Annotations belonging to one or more specified annotation sessions
• Annotations with one or more specified labels
• Annotations with a label from one or more specified label trees
• Annotations of one or more specified users
• Annotations of one or more specified shapes
• Annotations inside of the transect's export area
• Annotations with a label with a confidence >= x

If all these rules can optionally be negated, too, this would be a really powerful feature. This will make the current options (Annotations from a specified annotation session, annotations inside of the export area, separate label trees) obsolete. It also incorporates #12 and may incorporate the "quality" restrictions mentioned in #11.
