Template format for uploading excel sheets

What format should bulk excel uploads be in?

It would be nice to be able to download a template, so I know how exactly to do the bulk uploads.

Having a template for the bulk uploads would be very helpful, is there anything holding this up? I have gone through and stocked my materials on a spreadsheet so that I can port all of it over to the bionet whenever the bulk upload function is up and running. This is my current format but it can change to whatever we need: "Box","Short Name","Sample Name","Sequence". The short name is just CM ### or pCM ### depending on if it is a primer or a plasmid stock.
