Bionet restarts when I navigate away

Whenever I change tabs away from the bionet, the page becomes blank and I have to navigate again to where I was.

I am not sure why that is happening, or if it can be fixed, but it is rather inconvenient.

The blank page issue does not occur when running on localhost and does not occur on endylab when clicking away to another tab then clicking back to the bionet tab. This issue might be related to or a duplicate of #140, "endylab node times out and goes to blank page"
