Describe the bug

When a new step is added in the Description Domain (with the "ADD STEP" button), three new, unlabeled fields appear, with two of them required.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Fill in details for step 1 (change numbering from 0 to 1)
  2. Click "ADD STEP"

Brave browser on Windows 10.
