Information in IO Domain is not saved after each update in ARG_000001 BCO.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Output Subdomain under IO Domain
2. After inputting media type, file name, and the URI (https://beta-data.argosdb.org/ARG_000001), the information was unable to be saved after each hard refresh
