Many apologies for my long delay in replying. Unfortunately, the code that we have to perform these calculations does not (currrently) exist in a form which is easy to share. However, I agree that it could be very useful to provide this functionality as a support script in the Sargasso repository: we will start to have a look at how we can provide this as a standalone script.
