There is a minor discrepancy in the USD total. You report 1005 USD total, but adding up your individual line items (425+100+350+120) I get 995. Please adjust accordingly.

Each of the items in your Contributions Delivered section should actually be in the Roles Performed section, as each are about carrying out the duties of a role you own.

It would also be helpful to have your individual line items explicitly denominated in USD, e.g. 425 USD instead of just 425. This helps reviewers of this proposal to be sure which unit they're dealing with. As mentioned in #536 (comment), doing it this way is something we should document as a best practice.

There are some inconsistencies with the vote result calculation for cycle 12. We are looking into it. Please avoid moving any BTC in your BSQ wallet for now, they might actually be BSQ that failed to get colored.
