Cannot work on safari!! Monterey 12.6.1

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Safari
2. Click on Bitwarden extension icon
3. the panel pop up and nothing shows

I tried to re-install Bitwarden from the App Store, open the app first and logged in, everything is normal here. Even chrome works normal.

But when I open safari, it just doesn't work. the same issue occurs and keeps the same page. Bitwarden just cannot be locked on safari!!! pls see the screenshot:

Thank you for this report. Could you please update the Safari browser and let me know if that changes anything? Please note that you can update only the browser, without updating the entire operating system, if you wish.

Thank you for replying with the solution! I updated safari and it works. However, there are two annoying problems:

1. After pressing the shortcut command+ctrl+L, it doesn't autofill
   until I click on Bitwarden logo on safari tool bar. Again, chrome is all good.
2. This window(add a new identification/profile?) keeps pop up when I try to fill in the verification code. While in Chrome it doesn't. Any way to close it once for all?
