Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to bb-datepicker documentation page and edit in plunker using IE11.
  2. Click "Open Datepicker Modal" button.
  3. Open calendar control.
  4. Without selecting anything, close the modal.
  5. Observe that calendar control is still there and can't be removed without a page refresh.

I believe that this issue is at fault here angular-ui/bootstrap#4411. I think I will take a task to update ui-bootstrap to 0.14.x. This will solve at least 3 of our IE 11 bugs I believe.
