Grids have scrollbars on Windows

Expected behavior

A grid that doesn't have data outside the viewport should not have scrollbard

Actual behavior

On Windows, all Sky Grids (both list and non-list) have scrollbars even if the data fits in the view area

Go to the Sky docs for the Grid and List View Grid on a Windows machine and observe
