Expected behavior

If I open a grid's column chooser I would not expect the parent page to scroll to the bottom

Actual behavior

When opening the column chooser the parent page scrolls to the bottom.

This behavior was seen by my team when moving from rc 5 to rc 8.

Steps to reproduce

Go to a page with a sky grid which has a column chooser and open the chooser.

Seems to happen with all modals now
