Changing keybindings on the Diverge 4?

Hi,

Can someone point me to the right way of changing the keybindings for the Diverge 4?

Do any of the programs in this repo work? Do I need to update the firmware of my Diverge 4? If none of the current existing code here works, are there any alternatives?

Another user pointer me towards QMK as an alternative to arbites for remapping unikeyboards: #30 (comment)

they have files for both diverge tm2
and 3 , I assume the diverge 3 is more similar to your keyboard

I have not given it a shot on my diverge 3 yet but seems promising.

I have used QMK on my diverge 3 with great success. I created the "workman" layout in that repo. Its pretty straight forward if you've used QMK before, and if not, as @p-flock said, checkout #32. @nitsujri put a great write up in there.

Since we haven't heard from @blahlicus in a while, I'm closing this issue for now. Not sure of his status
