Advertisement Cue Point as ID3

Update mid-roll cue point to be inject both the original version of the cue point as well as ID3. The ID3 tag should contain the same XML data as the original version.

Dundee already does this, although I am not injecting XML data into the ID3.

I am currently using these ID3 frames to insert data:

FRAME_CATEGORY = "TIT1"
FRAME_TITLE    = "TIT2"
FRAME_SUBTITLE = "TIT3"
CATEGORY       = "ipl-cue-point"
