Integration

I've done everything with shaders and mpv, everything works. But I have my own project for improving anime and I would like to integrate this solution into the Python code, how can I do this? The instructions only cover working with existing players(like mpv), but I would like to rework the video and share it with my friends as file. (non-commercial)
Could you please assist me with this? Thx
