Add permission configuration [allow/deny] per extension #1242

The user should have the power to allow or deny some permissions access for the installed extension or at least approve such permissions before the application start running, like android or mac apps.

Was this fixed by #1256, or are you specifically after a non-textual interface for it?

We do want a more user-friendly interface, though it will have some limitations due to huge scope of Docker's json files.
