Use, and possibly create, shaded-uber kubernetes-client library

Currently kubernetes-client provides a pseudo shaded version of their library. We need a fully shaded, with all dependencies baked in, version before we hit 1.0.0. Once done we can remove the dependency on the JCL custom class loader.
