Probably, I have a feeling that Text::MultiMarkdown was based on an
older version of MultiMarkdown than your current one.

I'll look into this (and other changes / additions you've made) ASAP

Do you have test cases to cover this and any other changes you made
in the latest version of MultiMarkdown, as I was under the impression
that I'd got a copy of all your latest cases?
