[Feature Request] Required/Blocked paths

Sometimes repository contains files which can be updated by others and files which are not.
It would be great if this tool could be configured in a way to allow path by regexp.
For example, allow automatic merge if changed files match regexp (src/*) and disallow if any other files like (conf/*) have been changed.
