Refactor widget and customizer logging #302

When modifying things using the customizer the logged things are not good. Random things that appear in the log:

Updated changeset ""
Moved changeset "" to the trash
Customized theme appearance "nav_menu_locations[menu-1]"
Customized theme appearance "widget_block[4]"

Need to look at this again and determine what is to be logged and do it in a better way.
