Add support for searching and filtering the RSS-feeds, i.e. add query arg to only show plugin updates, core updates, entries from a single user, etc.

This makes it really useful for admins/terminal people.

Arguments to start with: the same that Log_Query supports.

Todo:

Add docs online how with examples.
Add text + link in settings to docs.
Add tests
After release: write blog post about how to use/link to docs.
