Feature Description

발표자 페이지 새로고침 시 해결되지 않은 질문 리스트 백업 기능 구현

To-Do

  • api 변경에 따른 변경사항 반영
  • reconnectPresenter 이벤트가 발생하면 questionListState 변경해 백업
  • 백업한 내용을 질문리스트에 반영
