Support language while in running

I don't know is this a bug or what but when I start the on_press event the key that event return to me is the same language layout that I start the app / event
for example I started with English layout it works fine until I change my layout with alt and shift it still print english for and also this happened for other language like if I start with persian it will be persian until I restart the app
If you find any solution its really helpful and please say it here
