Daisy-chaining pattern files

Is it possible to daisy-chain pattern files? For example, something similar to an include: statement found in many conf files?

My goal is to have a base set of inclusions\exclusions that can be included into a library of pattern files. I know I can simply replicate the same base set in each of the library's pattern files but that is cumbersome and error prone. Being able to simply include the content of one pattern file into another would be simpler and more elegant.

Not, sure, but maybe you can just try giving the --patterns-from-file multiple times.

If it only uses one, that might be a limitation of the current code, but could be maybe be changed easily so it can process multiple ones.
