Output assets to distribution dir

So, I'm trying to figure out how to output the assets processed by postcss-assets to another directory, the dist directory.

I'm assuming this isn't the purpose of this plugin and that I'll need to pipe the output to another plugin possibly. I'm currently using the static-render-webpack-plugin webpack plugin which handles most of this including, through the file-loader, required assets.

Am I correct in assuming that postcss-assets doesn't work in this fashion, and assuming not, can you please point me in the correct direction on how to chain another plugin that can take the path generated from this plugin to output the files in a dist dir? Thanks.
