Add labels which will be used for describing issues. Include different topics, effort categories (easy, hard, etc.). Brainstorm and add some initial ideas, but feel free to add more as the project goes along.

Added new labels:

-ASAP: intended for urgent fixes, high priority
-design: describes design decisions, appearance fixes etc.
-discussion: expects input from multiple teammates, brainstorming, suggestions
-time consuming: major task which requires time management, splitting up...
