Here is a tentative list of items for Brackets 1.13 Release.

• Auto-updater framework: Allow Brackets updates to be applied seamlessly, without having to download the installers manually. (@nethip)
• Fix issues Add autocomplete function parameters & PHP autocomplete #14051
• [Tentaive:@rajnishb Need prioritization] Support command line arguments on Linux.
• [@rajnishb Need prioritization and inputs] Preference to skip loading recent files upon launch. Brackets Feature Suggestion - Stop opening recent files on start adobe/brackets#13317 (comment)
• HiDPI bug fix relating to Brackets window getting truncated on Windows Creator update (Fullscreen mode on second monitor is bugged after windows creator update adobe/brackets#13349)
• Fix windows crash that happens when a file is currently open and the same file is updated externally via download or external changes in another editor. Brackets crashes if file is open in it and when I download the same file from the server and replace it in the destination adobe/brackets#13839 (Update: PR raised for the same here. Fix for 13839: Crash on opening file with error "sharing violation". adobe/brackets-shell#635)
• Upgrade CodeMirror version to latest to fix CodeMirror update needed (incorrect handling of JS spread syntax in object literals) adobe/brackets#14122
• Merge PR Unprefix more CSS adobe/brackets#14015 provided we do the CEF update.
• Review and merge PRs Added new line and tab as replacement in case of regex search adobe/brackets#11614 and adding lineEndings UI in statusbar for documents adobe/brackets#13152. Need to take a call on which PR needs to be merged.
• Fix security issue: CEF remote debugging is vulnerable to dns rebinding attack adobe/brackets#14149
