[CLOSED] [Core][Drag and Drop][Win only]: There is no error opening message when drag and drop invalid files into Brackets.

Steps:

1. Launch Brackets.
2. Drap some invalide files into Brackets window. Such as: .exe , .png, .zip files.

Result:
There is no error message to pop up, and all these files appear in the Working Files area.

Expected:
It should pop up error opening message and prevent the files to display in Brackets. Just act as MAC.

ENV: Win7x64 English OS
Build: 0.28.0.8416

Notes: This issue not reproduce on MAC.
