Originally opened as adobe/brackets#7411

  1. open "getting started/main.css" in brackets
  2. scroll to the bottom of the page (ctrl+end)
  3. drag select from the bottom of the page and select the two@keyframes rules
  4. right click on the selection
--> text jumps up then back down

When I do this on Win 7, the editor text doesn't move but I see the bug where the project tree shifts upward slightly, leaving a blank white gap below it. (That bug is already filed somewhere, but I can't find it offhand).

You have to watch carefully because it happens pretty quickly. Maybe it's more noticeable on certain machines.

Closing this as a duplicate of #3376. The only difference is if the selection goes to the bottom of the editor, then the selection jumps.
