Error loading live preview

Is there a way anyone could help with this, I was able to install brackets but when I go to type in the code my live preview doesn't work.

Also, I keep getting these weird caution triangles by the code. Here is a screenshot, not sure what to do anymore, I even reinstall both Chrome and Brackets.

I have to save the project for the live preview to load the change instead of instantly seeing change when I put in the code
