wikpedia page has error if your confused about your bios version watch out. I have a 4.4 bios all the tools & software report I have 4.4 but if you follow this row over you might try the 4.5 uff. Anyway a 4.5 image may work on a 4.4 four point four bios.

If you have any issues with the '171bdcec' might want to try '6a0e22a0' like I did

The only difference between BIOS v4.4 and BIOS v4.5 is the version number and (possibly) build date IIRC. It's kind of redundant to have multiple FPSXBoot images for both versions, but it makes sense from a consistency standpoint UX wise.

I actually have no idea why it even exists.

Lol It figures I wondered what was going on I thought I was crazy at first but, yes I understand from consistency point of view
